eBorn is very particular about two way communication process along with customers. We follow the practice of regularly updating every customer on progress of the work being carried out and also inform them about areas where we anticipate difficulty before we actually start hitting the difficult spots. Our Head of Delivery personally takes time to speak to executive sponsor of each project and take independent feedback for their satisfaction level and improvement suggestions. Findings are presented directly into the Business Strategy Meetings and appropriate action plan is devised to ensure project success.
We strongly believe that every customer project must add value to organization goal and that is the sole reason why customers are engaging eBorn as value added partner for all their SAP initiatives. Most of our engagements are long term partner based engagement where we are working very closely with top management to align SAP system as per growing business need.
During the consultancy process, we send periodic update on our progress, highlighting exceptions and expected goals for the next period and we remain open for a course-correction if the customer and eBorn team jointly decide that we need to do so. We believe that our customers are entitled to not only know that what we are doing but also the fact that how we are doing our work making the process transparent.
Once the project is finished and deliverables are produced and accepted, we take a round of final feedback from the customer, so that we can do even better during next engagement.
